  •  Must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  •  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  •  Only regular-priced items are eligible.

  •  Certain items are non-returnable (see below).

 


 

2️⃣ Store Credit Policy

  •  All approved returns are processed as store credit.

  •  Store credit can be used for future purchases on the website.

  •  After Tots Spot receives and inspects your return, store credit is applied within 5–7 business days.

  • No cash refunds are offered.
